About The Position

Transport Refrigeration is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Parts Clerk to join our growing team. If you enjoy hands-on work, staying organized, and working in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to meet you! In this role, you’ll help manage incoming and outgoing parts, support inventory control, and assist both customers and technicians with parts needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift certification required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn company software
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work overtime or travel for training when needed

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize parts inventory
• Operate a forklift to load and unload deliveries
• Prepare shipments including packaging, labeling, and invoicing
• Build A/C hoses, kits, and custom parts orders
• Assist with inventory counts and parts returns
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Accurately identify and pull part numbers
• Support internal and external customers with parts needs
