About The Position

Join Steele Recreation: Your local Polaris, Honda & Ducati Powersports dealer as a Parts Clerk and help keep our shop running smoothly! You'll be the go-to person connecting customers, technicians, and the parts team. You'll also assist with finding and ordering the right parts, support technicians so job can be completed on time, and provide excellent service to customers at the counter or over the phone. Requirements

• Strong customer service skills in person as well as over the phone
• Valid Drivers License and a clean drivers abstract
• Experienced in using Microsoft Office software
• A positive attitude and excellent work ethic
• A strong attention to detail and the drive to learn

Responsibilities

• Order and track parts for clients with ongoing vehicle repairs in a timely manner
• Communicate and work as a team with the technicians and service department to ensure the job gets done
• Accurately process parts orders
• Conduct regular inventory counts/checks
• Continue to ensure collaboration with suppliers to create mutually beneficial business relationships
• Organizing and maintaining our powersport vehicle displays on the lot
• Performing regular lot maintenance to keep the area clean and organized
• Checking in and inspecting new power sport vehicle arrivals
