About The Position

This role is crucial for operations, ensuring that essential parts are delivered to keep machines running, particularly snowcats on mountains across North America. The work directly impacts ski resorts by preventing downtime. The position involves processing customer orders, managing inbound and outbound shipments, maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse organization, updating parts data in SAP, supporting service technicians with parts, and helping to maintain the computerized parts catalog and inventory levels.

Requirements

• Strong communication (written and verbal)
• High attention to detail and organization
• Basic mechanical understanding
• Comfort working with systems and data
• Basic math skills for inventory and order accuracy
• Valid driver’s license required
• Forklift certification (or ability to obtain)

Nice To Haves

• Heavy equipment knowledge
• SAP experience
• 2+ years in a parts, warehouse, dealership, or service environment

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders (phone, email, and walk-in/will call)
• Receive and inspect inbound freight shipments
• Pick, pack, and ship internal and external orders
• Maintain accurate inventory and warehouse organization
• Manage and update parts data in SAP
• Support service technicians by dispensing parts
• Help maintain the computerized parts catalog and inventory levels
