About The Position

Transport Refrigeration is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Parts Clerk to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help manage incoming and outgoing parts, support inventory control, and assist both customers and technicians with parts needs. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying organized and working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Forklift certification required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer knowledge and willingness to learn company software
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly and 75 lbs occasionally
• Valid driver’s license required
• Ability to work overtime or travel for training when needed

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize parts inventory
• Operate a forklift to load and unload deliveries
• Prepare shipments including packaging, labeling, and invoicing
• Build A/C hoses, kits, and custom parts orders
• Assist with inventory counts and parts returns
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Accurately identify and pull part numbers
• Support internal and external customers with parts needs
