About The Position

This is a Vacation Relief position. Candidates must be willing and able to work both day shift and night shift, depending on departmental needs. Issue parts/supplies for prescheduled PMs and work orders. Maintain inventory transactions in SAP. Perform periodic inventory audits and assist with inventory availability. Maintain parts room in order, stocking parts in assigned locations and ensuring that room is clean and organized. Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring that all safety, security, quality and food safety policies and procedures are followed.

Requirements

• High school degree or GED equivalent required.
• Prior experience in industrial maintenance and/or purchasing and inventory management.
• Must have understanding of maintenance procedures and preventive maintenance process.
• Have Microsoft Office experience (especially Excel).
• Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Have strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize.
• Are able to meet physical demands required for the position (stand, walk, bend, stoop and climb; able to lift up to 50 pounds; able to work in hot and cold environments and around moving equipment).

Nice To Haves

• SAP experience preferred.
