About The Position
Velocity Vehicle Group (VVG) is seeking a Parts Cashier to join their team in Whittier, CA. This role is responsible for receiving payments from customers purchasing parts, greeting customers courteously, and maintaining ethical business practices. The Parts Cashier will also handle printing invoices, updating customer files, performing clerical duties such as data entry and answering phones, and other assigned job-related duties. Requirements
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
- Greets customers immediately in a courteous manner
- Treats customers fairly and honestly and demonstrates company’s commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices
- Receives payments from customers
- Prints invoices
- Updates customer files
- Performs routine clerical duties, including data entry, answering telephones and assisting customers
- Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
