About The Position

Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers is seeking a motivated Parts Associate to join its team in Texarkana, Texas. The role supports the service department, assists customers, and helps keep operations running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. The Parts Associate receives and issues parts, helps retail customers locate and purchase parts, maintains inventory and records, and supports year-end inventory processes.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Dependability and strong organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in retail, parts, or inventory management is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and receive incoming parts shipments.
• Issue parts to service technicians promptly and accurately.
• Assist retail customers in locating and purchasing parts.
• Maintain and organize parts inventory.
• Keep accurate records of products sold, received, and stocked.
• Support end-of-year inventory processes for accuracy and efficiency.
