About The Position

The Parts Associate provides customer service to internal and external customers.

Requirements

• 1+ years’ experience in a parts, warehouse, or service-related environment preferred
• Strong communication proficiency, both written and verbal
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Basic mathematical ability for inventory and order accuracy
• Technical aptitude with parts systems and related tools
• High attention to detail and thoroughness in all tasks

Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders
• Process internal and customer orders
• Inventory control including, but not limited to, cycle counts and returns
• Generate new parts business
• Shipping and receiving as needed
