About The Position

M.E.S.O., Inc. is looking for a Parts Associate to join their team supporting construction and industrial equipment customers across the Southeast. This role is ideal for an individual with hands-on parts experience who values accuracy, organization, and timely customer fulfillment. Requirements

Parts experience in construction equipment and/or automotive industry
Basic computer skills, including MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong teamwork, verbal, and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Commitment to safe, superior customer service as a top priority
High school diploma and valid driver's license
Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Responsibilities

Source, order, and manage inventory for construction equipment and/or automotive parts
Assist customers in person, by phone, and via email to identify and fulfill parts needs
Process parts orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery
Maintain organized inventory records and update systems as stock levels change
Collaborate with technicians and service teams to ensure the right parts are available for repairs
Research and price parts, including special orders and hard-to-find items
Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to support competitive pricing and availability
Provide safe, superior customer service on every interaction
Support warehouse organization, including receiving, stocking, and cycle counts
