About The Position

The Parts and Shipping Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the flow of parts, supplies, and shipments in and out of the warehouse. This role combines inventory management, shipping/receiving, and warehouse operations to ensure accurate order fulfillment and efficient logistics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to balance both administrative and physical warehouse duties.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
1–3 years in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, or parts management.
Experience with inventory management systems (ERP, WMS).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Familiarity with carrier shipping systems (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Ship Manager, etc.).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to lift packages (30–50 lbs regularly).
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or business preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive, store, and issue parts, tools, and supplies to internal teams and external customers.
Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and reconcile discrepancies.
Monitor part usage and reorder as needed to maintain stock levels.
Verify that parts meet quality standards before use or shipment.
Communicate with vendors and suppliers regarding purchase orders and deliveries.
Prepare, package, and label outgoing shipments in compliance with company and carrier standards.
Schedule pickups and coordinate with freight, courier, and parcel carriers (UPS, FedEx, DHL, LTL).
Inspect inbound shipments for accuracy, damages, and documentation (packing slips, bills of lading).
Track shipments and provide status updates to internal teams and customers.
Maintain compliance with shipping regulations and company safety policies.
Unload trucks and courier deliveries as needed.
Organize warehouse stock and maintain an orderly, safe storage environment.
Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, hand trucks, scanners).
Rotate stock and ensure items are properly labeled and stored.
Dispose of packaging waste and maintain cleanliness throughout the facility.
