About The Position

The Parts and Maintenance Customer Service Representative Level II provides maintenance support, inventory accountability, repair parts management, and customer service support for the Naval Special Warfare Group Two (NSWG-2) Logistics Support Unit Two (LOGSU-2) Weapons Department. This position is responsible for issuing, tracking, inventorying, and documenting repair parts, tools, ancillary equipment, and maintenance-related assets supporting Combat Weapons Systems (CWS) operations. The incumbent ensures accurate accountability of issued parts and equipment, maintains inventory records within approved accountability systems, and supports operational readiness through timely fulfillment of maintenance and deployment requirements.

Requirements

  • Valid U.S. driver’s license
  • Must hold an active Secret Security Clearance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must accurately input and manage data across systems
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain installation access
  • Minimum one (1) year of experience utilizing ELMS, DPAS, or a comparable inventory management and accountability database.
  • Experience supporting inventory management, maintenance operations, repair parts tracking, or logistics support functions.
  • Experience issuing, receiving, tracking, and maintaining accountability of repair parts, tools, equipment, or controlled inventory items.
  • Experience maintaining inventory records, accountability documentation, and supply transaction records.
  • Experience supporting warehouse, maintenance, logistics, armory, or supply operations.
  • Strong customer service, inventory management, accountability, and documentation skills.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate inventory records and accountability documentation.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Ability to lift and move parts and equipment as required
  • Ability to stand, bend, and work in warehouse or maintenance environments
  • Ability to handle repetitive material handling tasks

Responsibilities

  • Issue and record all repair parts using authorized repair parts documentation and reporting processes.
  • Maintain inventory accountability and update inventory transactions within ELMS, DPAS, and other approved accountability systems.
  • Process initial request, turn-in, and issue documentation utilizing DD Form 1149 and related accountability records.
  • Receive, inventory, inspect, and process post-deployment returns of weapons accessories and ancillary equipment.
  • Evaluate returned equipment for serviceability and determine requirements for repair, replacement, refurbishment, or reissue.
  • Assemble, inventory, maintain, and replenish repair-part kits and toolboxes in support of deploying Naval Special Warfare units.
  • Maintain accountability of repair parts, maintenance materials, tools, and ancillary equipment.
  • Provide customer service support to maintenance personnel, armorers, technicians, and supported operational units.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and supporting documentation associated with issued and returned equipment.
  • Support inventory reconciliations, inspections, audits, and accountability reviews.
  • Assist with receipt, storage, issue, transfer, and disposition of maintenance-related inventory and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable logistics, inventory management, maintenance accountability, and Department of Defense property management requirements.
