About The Position

Fleet Repair Solutions is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Parts and Assets Manager to lead our parts operation in Seagoville, Texas. This is a full time, hands on leadership role for someone who knows how to keep a busy heavy duty repair operation organized, stocked, and moving.

Requirements

• Experience with heavy duty truck, trailer, fleet, automotive, equipment, or similar parts operations is strongly preferred.
• Organized, dependable, comfortable leading a team, and able to balance inventory availability with cost control.

Responsibilities

• Managing and maintaining accurate parts inventory
• Forecasting parts needs and maintaining appropriate stock levels
• Ordering, receiving, labeling, and organizing parts
• Monitoring pricing and parts profitability
• Managing special orders and tracking parts through completion
• Building and maintaining strong vendor relationships
• Working closely with service and operations leadership to ensure parts are available for scheduled repairs
• Maintaining accurate asset and inventory records
• Hiring, training, supervising, and developing parts department employees
• Identifying opportunities to improve organization, efficiency, and cost control
