About The Position

Requirements

Some familiarity and/or experience with working in a collision repair and/or Parts Department (front or back).
A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Professionalism and high integrity, being trusted by others and consistently honoring commitments.
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and resourceful.
High-level skills in Word, Excel, and MS Office etc.
Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting and standing for long periods of time.
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.

Nice To Haves

Completion of a related post-secondary program and/or training courses is considered an asset.
Experience with MPI rules is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

Research and source parts for customers or technicians.
Receive parts physically and within the system, and select parts for technicians.
Manage and close files, with experience in MPI rules being highly advantageous.
Process repair orders, assist with sublet services, and handle other administrative tasks.
Pick up parts for customers or technicians as required.
Keep work area and displays clean.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Perform other duties as required.
