About The Position

Fox Powersports is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Specialist to join our growing team. This position plays a key role in supporting both retail customers and our service department by helping identify, source, order, receive, and manage powersports parts and accessories. If you have strong organizational skills, enjoy helping customers, and have an interest in motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides, snowmobiles, or powersports equipment, we'd love to hear from you.

Requirements

  • Previous parts, retail, automotive, powersports, or customer service experience is an asset but not required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Comfortable working with computers and learning dealership software systems.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift and move parts and merchandise as needed.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of powersports products and equipment is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in person, over the phone, and through email with parts and accessories inquiries.
  • Identify and source parts using OEM parts catalogs and dealership software.
  • Prepare parts quotes and process customer orders.
  • Support the service department by supplying parts for repair orders and scheduled service work.
  • Receive, verify, and stock incoming parts shipments.
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels and assist with inventory counts and audits.
  • Process special orders and communicate order status updates to customers.
  • Merchandise and maintain showroom displays of parts, accessories, and riding gear.
  • Process warranty parts returns and vendor returns as required.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional parts department.
  • Assist with online and telephone parts sales inquiries.
  • Follow dealership procedures for inventory control and customer service.
