Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required
Previous automotive parts experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Excellent organization and time management abilities
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer and math skills
Ability to understand technical and safety documents
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Team-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail

Responsibilities

Manage the parts sales process from start to finish
Assist customers and technicians with identifying and ordering the correct parts
Provide pricing and communicate parts availability
Navigate manufacturer parts catalogs and ordering systems
Pull and fulfill parts orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain inventory accuracy and perform routine stock checks
Source out-of-stock and emergency order parts when needed
Review repair and body shop estimates for parts accuracy
Process payments and obtain credit authorizations when required
Ensure internal service orders are billed properly
Maintain an organized and efficient parts department
Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
