Requirements

Previous customer service or retail experience is an asset.
CDK Experience is preferred.
Automotive knowledge or experience in a parts department is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right candidate.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Basic computer skills with the ability to learn dealership software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

Assist customers, technicians, and the service department with identifying and sourcing automotive parts.
Provide exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone.
Process parts orders, invoices, and returns accurately.
Receive, inspect, label, and stock incoming inventory.
Maintain an organized, clean, and efficient parts department.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with cycle counts.
Collaborate with the service and sales teams to ensure timely parts availability.
Learn manufacturer systems, parts catalogues, and dealership processes.
Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures.
