Requirements
- Minimum 2 year of dealership parts department experience required
- Knowledge of automotive parts, components, and electronic parts catalog systems.
- Provide professional, friendly service while communicating with customers, technicians, and coworkers.
- Manage multiple customer requests, parts orders, and phone calls.
- Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
Responsibilities
- Assist retail, wholesale, and service customers by identifying and supplying the correct Toyota parts.
- Look up parts using electronic catalogs and dealership systems.
- Process customer orders, invoices, and special-order parts while maintaining accurate documentation.
- Maintain inventory accuracy by stocking, organizing, and merchandising parts.
- Work with technicians and service advisors to ensure parts availability and exceptional customer service.
