This is an entry-level position where we are willing to train a candidate with superior customer service skills. The role involves generating service order estimations and quotes for customers, scheduling appointments, and maintaining an organized schedule. The Parts Advisor will also conduct post-repair follow-ups, explain cost and service time requirements, and educate customers on work completed and any cost adjustments. The position requires the ability to work with limited supervision, multitask, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional customer service skills and follow-up are essential.
