Parts Advisor
About The Position
Braber Equipment, a well-established Canadian-owned manufacturer, distributor, and wholesaler of agricultural equipment and parts, is seeking a customer-focused and professional individual to join their team as a Parts Advisor. Our ideal candidate will be able to multi-task and prioritize their work, while providing exceptional customer service and support. This is largely an administrative position, assisting customers via phone or email with customer support and new orders within our parts team. If you are someone who has agricultural/mechanical knowledge and enjoys customer service, we would love to hear from you!
Requirements
- Agricultural or automotive mechanical knowledge required (Agriculture preferred)
- Excellent written/oral communication and organizational skills
- Exceptional customer support experience and skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Proficient with MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Outlook
- Positive “Can-Do” attitude and results oriented focus
- Demonstrated commitment to professional and personal development
- Effective team player with strong communication and collaboration skills
- Thrives on challenges and embraces opportunities to learn and grow
Responsibilities
- Process incoming orders using our ERP system (Syspro) and provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Assist customers via phone and/or email with product knowledge and parts support.
- Maintain an efficient sales process through data entry, tracking sales orders, and spreadsheet maintenance.
- Web Orders, as required.
- Other duties, as required.
