About The Position
Vallely Sport & Marine is North Dakota's premier marine and powersports dealership, and we're looking for a reliable, customer-focused Parts & Accessories Counter Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time position with a stable schedule, a supportive team environment, and real opportunity to grow within an established dealership.
Requirements
- Experience in parts counter sales, retail sales, or customer service.
- Comfortable working with customers in person and over the phone.
- Organized and reliable.
- Familiarity with marine or powersports products is a plus, but we're willing to train the right person.
Nice To Haves
- Automotive, ag, marine, or powersports backgrounds all transfer well.
Responsibilities
- Helping retail customers and service technicians find the right parts, accessories, and products for their boats and powersports equipment.
- Receiving and processing freight for the parts department.
- Assisting the service department with tasks such as taking in units at drop-off or cashing out completed repair orders.
- Merchandising and keeping the accessories floor organized.
