Wayfair is seeking an experienced partnerships leader to define and lead the strategy, development, and activation of high-impact brand talent, sports, and media integration partnerships. This highly visible role sits at the intersection of brand marketing, cultural relevance, and commercial growth—connecting Wayfair with the people, properties, and platforms that inspire our customers and elevate our brand. Reporting to the Global Head of Brand & Insights, this role will oversee a diverse portfolio of partnerships designed to drive measurable brand and business impact, including celebrity and talent collaborations, media integrations, sports marketing, IP partnerships, and co-marketing activations. You will work cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Media Networks, and Commercial teams to ensure each partnership is strategically aligned, creatively differentiated, and executed with operational excellence.
