Civic Roundtable is an AI-powered government operations platform designed to help public servants coordinate across dozens of organizations to solve complex challenges in areas like housing, homelessness, public health, and emergency response. The platform is trusted by over 4,000 organizations across all 50 states and emerged from the Harvard Innovation Labs, backed by General Catalyst. As a Partnerships Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and scaling Civic Roundtable's growth through external relationships, market insights, and partnership channels. This role involves identifying and cultivating opportunities within networks of customers, partners, consultants, associations, universities, nonprofits, systems integrators, and resellers. You will be responsible for transforming these relationships into a repeatable growth engine by engaging with senior stakeholders, understanding market needs, representing Civic Roundtable, and collaborating across internal teams (sales, product, deployments, marketing, leadership) to convert conversations into tangible opportunities. This is a high-ownership, cross-functional position for an individual who excels at relationship-building, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution, capable of bringing structure to ambiguity and connecting disparate organizations.
