Requirements

  • A nose for finding GREAT partners.
  • Ability to tell the difference between a creator with a big audience and a partner with real revenue potential.
  • Obsession with measurable results (ROAS, CAC, conversion rate, revenue, attribution).
  • People skills of a diplomat.
  • Ability to lead a small but mighty team.
  • Yoda-like knowledge of affiliate programs.
  • Experience working with platforms like Impact, Klear, GRIN, Shopify Affiliates, or similar tools.
  • A nose for credibility.
  • Obsession with tracking (UTMs, GA4, attribution mapping, affiliate links, conversion paths, dashboards).
  • Hatred of wasting money.
  • Allergy to sloppy campaigns.
  • Team spirit.
  • 5+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate management, partnerships, creator growth, or related roles.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in health, wellness, supplements, D2C, eCommerce, women’s health, or another category where credibility and performance have to hold hands.

Responsibilities

  • Build a scalable affiliate program where the right partners drive sales, the right experts build trust, and every campaign has the tracking and reporting to prove it.
  • Lead a small team to execute your vision, coaching, directing, and holding people accountable.
  • Build a performance-driven partnership ecosystem.
  • Manage creators and affiliates.
  • Negotiate smart deals.
  • Evaluate audience fit, credibility, and brand alignment.
  • Build pipelines of influencers, creators, and healthcare-adjacent experts who can drive revenue.
  • Take a creator from first conversation to signed agreement to live campaign to performance report.
  • Set priorities, coach people, keep standards high, and make sure the team is moving in the same direction.
  • Understand what makes affiliate programs scale.
  • Work with platforms like Impact, Klear, GRIN, Shopify Affiliates, or similar tools.
  • Build and manage a Scientific Advisory Board.
  • Nurture relationships with healthcare or science-adjacent experts.
  • Support long-term advisory agreements.
  • Translate scientific insight into clear, compliant, consumer-facing content that builds trust.
  • Set up clean tracking systems, find reporting gaps, and make sure every campaign has a clear line of sight to performance.
  • Optimize spend while keeping the finance department from developing an eye twitch.
  • Run multiple partner campaigns at once, keep timelines tight, keep teams aligned, and make sure campaigns launch with speed, quality, and a clear reason for existing.
  • Work with creative, paid media, and external partners without turning every decision into a 14-person meeting and a Slack thread called “quick question” that lasts six days.
  • Bring clarity, momentum, and calm to team collaborations.
