As we grow our consumer audience, we are focused on expanding and deepening our partnerships to ensure we publish the most comprehensive and active listing inventory possible. We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Partnerships Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be at the forefront of expanding Properstar's global affiliate network by prospecting, pitching, and onboarding new listing data providers. You will serve as a key connector between external partners and internal teams, ensuring that partnership agreements are accurately captured, integrations move forward smoothly, and the right stakeholders are kept informed every step of the way.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, sales coordination, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience working with a CRM platform, ideally HubSpot, to manage pipelines and track outreach activity.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, globally distributed team environment.
  • Fluent English, both spoken and written is required for this opportunity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate professionally across cultures and time zones.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in real estate technology, proptech, or the MLS/CRM data ecosystem is a strong asset.
  • Familiarity with data feed or API-based integrations and how listing data is structured and exchanged.
  • Proficiency in additional languages beyond English, given the global nature of this role.
  • Experience working across international markets or with partners in multiple geographies.

Responsibilities

  • Actively identify, research, and connect with key contacts at CRMs, MLSs, and other listing data providers globally to grow Properstar's affiliate network.
  • Develop and deliver compelling pitches for the Properstar Affiliate Program, tailored to the specific needs and structure of each prospective partner.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads to assess partnership potential and prioritize outreach accordingly.
  • Own and maintain the CRM and partners pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring all deal stages, contact records, and activities are kept current and accurate.
  • Coordinate closely with Regional Sales Leaders across different markets to ensure deals are progressing, new opportunities are being added, and regional context is factored into each partnership.
  • Track and report on pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and partnership status on a regular basis for sales leadership review.
  • Maintain a comprehensive and up-to-date master list of all active partnerships, clearly indicating whether each is a partial or full partnership (i.e., whether Properstar has access to all active listings or a subset).
  • Monitor partnership health and proactively identify opportunities to convert partial partnerships into full partnerships.
  • Flag and escalate any at-risk partnerships or lapsed agreements to the relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Integrations teams to align on the structure and terms of new partnerships.
  • Participate in bi-weekly Integrations Team meetings to stay informed on the status of ongoing partner integrations and surface any blockers or updates requiring action.
  • Communicate new partnership launch dates, key details, and expectations to the relevant regional sales teams in the markets where new partners operate.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to support partner onboarding materials, co-branded assets, and announcement communications as needed.
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for active partners during the onboarding and early integration phase, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Follow up with partners to confirm integration milestones are met, data feeds are live, and any technical or operational issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with partner contacts to support long-term retention and potential upsell opportunities.
  • Document partnership agreements, terms, and onboarding workflows clearly and consistently to create a scalable process as the program grows.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of partnership processes, tools, and templates in collaboration with the broader Partnerships team.
