The Coordinator, Partnerships & Marketing role reports to the Account Director, Partnerships & Marketing. This position provides foundational execution and operational support for a key strategic partner account. Responsibilities include supporting operational execution, fulfilling partner commitments, coordinating cross-functional tasks, and executing select marketing activities such as campaign management, asset trafficking, and communication support. The Coordinator acts as a central point of coordination across Operations, Marketing, Digital, and partner stakeholders, ensuring workstreams progress, facilitating meetings, maintaining trackers, and ensuring accurate and timely execution. This full-time, hybrid role requires working three days per week on-site at the Toronto office and is ideal for someone early in their career eager to build skills in partnership operations and marketing execution within a high-frequency retail loyalty environment.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in partnerships, marketing, operations, or coordination roles, or relevant experience through a co‑op or internship.
  • Supported executional work in a cross-functional environment and understand how to coordinate deliverables across multiple teams.
  • Highly organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to manage multiple active workstreams.
  • Proactively track progress, follow up on outstanding items, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Detail-oriented and take pride in delivering accurate, reliable work.
  • Collaborative team player who works well across functions and levels.
  • Communicate clearly, respond quickly, and build trust with internal teams and external partners through reliability and follow-through.
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint and comfortable developing trackers, organizing data, and supporting presentation materials.

Nice To Haves

  • Exposure to marketing execution, including campaign coordination or asset trafficking, is an asset.

Responsibilities

  • Execute operational deliverables, supporting day-to-day tasks to fulfill partner commitments and ensure efficient operational workflows.
  • Track active workstreams, ensuring deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule, and proactively flag and escalate risks or delays.
  • Support marketing execution by managing campaign inputs and asset trafficking, ensuring internal teams have necessary resources for campaigns, partner marketing initiatives, and communications.
  • Facilitate meetings and manage actions by preparing agendas, capturing detailed notes, distributing clear action items, and tracking follow-ups.
  • Monitor the market by conducting regular scans of the loyalty landscape, summarizing competitor campaigns, offers, and industry developments, and translating insights into implications for decision-making.
  • Coordinate across internal teams and external partners, maintaining clear and timely communication and ensuring alignment across multiple stakeholders and priorities.
  • Maintain organization and process by developing and managing trackers, proactively following up on deliverables, and documenting decisions and approvals.
