The Coordinator, Partnerships & Marketing role reports to the Account Director, Partnerships & Marketing. This position provides foundational execution and operational support for a key strategic partner account. Responsibilities include supporting operational execution, fulfilling partner commitments, coordinating cross-functional tasks, and executing select marketing activities such as campaign management, asset trafficking, and communication support. The Coordinator acts as a central point of coordination across Operations, Marketing, Digital, and partner stakeholders, ensuring workstreams progress, facilitating meetings, maintaining trackers, and ensuring accurate and timely execution. This full-time, hybrid role requires working three days per week on-site at the Toronto office and is ideal for someone early in their career eager to build skills in partnership operations and marketing execution within a high-frequency retail loyalty environment.
