About The Position

At Boost, we are at the forefront of bridging innovative crypto projects with dynamic media exposure, specializing in crafting tailor-made sponsorship experiences that resonate with our vibrant crypto audience. We are seeking a driven and creative Brand Activations Manager to join our team and drive business growth. As a Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the future sales pipeline and targets as the company expands its customer base. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of sales processes, and a passion for driving growth. The primary focus will be to identify, acquire, negotiate, and close new sponsors, partners, Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and affiliates for successful campaign integrations across our media channels. You will collaborate closely with sponsorship agents, hosts, and other KOLs to ensure seamless activation, tailored to each sponsor's unique offerings and goals, while also managing engagement relationships and partnership agreements.

Requirements

  • Strong affinity for the crypto space, with a keen understanding of its dynamics and audience engagement strategies.
  • Experience in either Web3 digital marketing agency or media house experience.
  • Dynamic, team-player attitude with a positive outlook and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of fostering strong relationships with both internal teams and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset, with proficiency in compiling and presenting campaign performance data.
  • Excellent negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Google Suite.
  • Self Motivated and Results Orientated.

Responsibilities

  • Successfully research and identify new market opportunities and establish strong relationships with potential clients (both new sponsors/clients and KOL’s)
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with KOL’s and administration teams to align sales efforts with company initiatives; ensuring campaign success for both sponsors and KOLs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalated customer issues effectively.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and competitors' activities.
  • Ensuring alignment with sponsor objectives with support teams and Boost's content standards.
  • Maintain direct communication with sponsors, providing regular updates and campaign progress with detailed reporting.
  • Motivate and drive fellow team members to ensure high performance and productivity.
