About The Position

Outtake exists to empower and facilitate trust for a digital-first world. Today, impersonation, fraud, AI-driven scams, and identity abuse spread faster than any security team can respond to. So we built something different: an agentic AI platform that proactively detects, monitors, and takes down impersonators, automating protection in hours, not weeks. Built by ex-Palantir, ex-CTO/founders, and ex-Notion engineers, Outtake is designed for clarity, autonomy, and velocity. Our goal is ambitious: become the trust layer of the modern internet. The Role You will work directly with our Head of Partnerships across the full lifecycle of our partnerships program — from partner outreach and health tracking, to evangelizing partnerships internally, to orchestrating how new technology partnerships get built, from atomic idea through General Availability. You will also bring a consulting-style toolkit to the role, building sharp, presentation-ready materials for partners and internal stakeholders alike. This is a role that spans strategy and execution. You will own partner health tracking systems, orchestrate new technology partnerships end-to-end, and build the reporting and materials that communicate partnership value across the company.

Requirements

2-3 years in partnerships, consulting, bizops, or an equivalent role with a mix of analysis and customer-facing work.
Comfort moving between the operational details of a partnership and multi-year strategic planning.
Curiosity and persistence, with a habit of digging into "why" until you understand the root cause.
An ownership mindset, with comfort writing the playbook, not just reading it.
A team-first mindset, with a drive to help the team move faster, anticipate needs, and deliver excellence.
Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to present to executives and technical teams alike.
Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.

Responsibilities

Prepare quarterly business reviews with platform partners, including reporting on takedown performance and partnership outcomes.
Identify and reach out to new platform and technology partners to grow Outtake's ecosystem.
Build and maintain the systems that track the health and activity of each partnership.
Champion partnerships internally, keeping product, sales, and leadership up to speed on partner value and priorities.
Own the process of taking a new technology partnership from atomic idea through integration to General Availability, coordinating across product, engineering, and legal.
Build polished decks, one-pagers, and reports to communicate partnership strategy and results to internal and external audiences.
As the partnerships program matures, we expect this role to take on broader ownership over partnership strategy and the systems that support it.
