Requirements

This role focuses on research, organization and pipeline execution — not direct selling.
Manage outreach lists, maintain CRM hygiene, support cross-functional communication and drive administrative tasks that ensure the Partnerships team can scale effectively.

Responsibilities

Research and track prospective partners, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in CRM and other tools
Manage partner prospect lists provided by leadership, ensuring timely outreach and follow-up
Coordinate communications across internal teams (Sales, Partnerships, Business Operations, Risk & Compliance, Product) to keep partner activities aligned
Draft outreach messaging, assist with follow-ups and help prepare partners for meetings or onboarding
Maintain data integrity in CRM, preparing dashboards and reports on pipeline activity and partner progress
Leverage tools such as Outreach, Lusha and AI platforms to improve research, tracking and outreach
Act as a task driver to ensure partnership opportunities move forward, deadlines are met and administrative items are completed accurately
