About The Position

Genki is a fully remote, profitable startup of about 25 people that builds tailored health insurance for long-term travelers like digital nomads, serving over 75,000 people in 200 countries. The company is hiring a Partnerships Associate to help grow its network of referral partners. This role is ideal for someone who is already a nomad and tapped into the community, and will involve finding and signing new partners, getting them started, and nurturing existing partner relationships. The role is part of the marketing team and reports to the Head of Partnerships. The primary focus will be on connecting with individuals who run coliving and coworking spaces, nomad communities, and other businesses that serve nomads and expats to bring them on board as Genki partners.

Requirements

• Already living the nomad lifestyle and tapped into the community.
• Familiarity with colivings, nomad communities, events, and brands.
• 2+ years in business development, partnerships, or community roles.
• Proven outreach experience.
• Comfortable receiving rejection.
• Confident and self-directed.
• Fluent in English.
• Detail-oriented.

Nice To Haves

• Additional languages.
• Experience in insurance, fintech, travel, or subscription products.

Responsibilities

• Find and sign new referral partners.
• Get new partners started with the program.
• Nurture and grow existing partner relationships.
• Build target lists for potential partners.
• Run cold outreach campaigns via email, calls, DMs, and meetings at nomad events.
• Own activation and business development conversations with partners.
• Identify integration and co-marketing opportunities with partners.
• Reactivate partners that have become inactive.
• Manage the CRM to ensure a proactive outreach engine.
• Create automations for outreach sequences, pipeline enrichment, and AI-assisted workflows in collaboration with the Head of Partnerships.
