Partnership-Track Radiologist: No nights, call, weekends, or holidays
About The Position
Skagit Radiology, Inc., P.S., practicing as North Star Radiology in Fairbanks, Alaska, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible, fellowship-trained radiologist to join their collaborative team. This role offers a clear one-year path to partnership and features a daytime-only schedule with no call, nights, weekends, or holidays. The practice is a fiercely independent, physician-owned group providing subspecialized diagnostic and interventional radiology across northwest Washington, the Olympic Peninsula, and Alaska. They welcome practicing radiologists, current fellows, and R4 residents who will complete fellowship training before their start date.

Responsibilities

- Compensation: $750,000–$1,000,000 base, plus substantial partnership bonuses starting immediately upon partnership.
