About The Position

The Meal Program Operations team at ezCater is focused on building effective and scalable offerings while ensuring customer satisfaction with restaurant supply and restaurant happiness, growth, and engagement. The team is looking to hire Partnership Specialists to support this mission. These individuals will focus on acquiring and training restaurants for ezCater’s Meal Program. They will also contribute to strategic and operational initiatives to better serve customers and restaurant partners as the business evolves.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in a sales or onboarding/implementation role
  • Experience operating in a high performing culture
  • Ability to create quick relationships that generate strong results
  • Highly productive and clear communication skills, with ability to handle multiple emails, phone calls, and restaurant trainings each day
  • Eagerness to grow exciting new initiatives and to support our restaurant partners and customers alike
  • Experience and ability to juggle multiple goals simultaneously, and keep multiple parties informed of progress along the way
  • Adaptability – the company is growing quickly and demand fluctuates unpredictably
  • A beyond helpful attitude, and the “scrappy” instinct to get things done through hard work
  • Critical thinking to improve processes, systems, and expectations
  • Ability to travel up to 5 days per quarter for Together Weeks, team gatherings and other events, when applicable.

Responsibilities

  • Identify appropriate restaurant partners from the ezCater marketplace and call restaurants to grow a strong supply network.
  • Navigate conversations about program benefits, partnership expectations, commission, operational capacity, delivery logistics, and menu.
  • Develop and track strategies for successful restaurant engagement and onboarding that are operationally efficient and drive reliable outcomes for customers.
  • Collect requirements from restaurants and communicate information to internal teams.
  • Document processes and progress in the CRM to maintain an organized pipeline.
  • Train, communicate with, and be responsible for new restaurant performance as they execute their first orders.
  • Identify the best restaurants in the supply network to meet customer needs.
