About The Position
We are seeking a 2nd shift Onsite Supervisor/Recruiter with strong leadership skills and excellent customer service to join our great Johns Creek, GA team! Experience Recruiting for a lite industrial facility required. This is an Onsite position. Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred. Requirements
- Onsite Supervisor experience in Staffing a plus!
- Recruiting for a production facility Required.
- Excellent customer service skills required
- Supervisory experience
- Ability to drive and meet KPIs
- Strong Microsoft office skills
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Experience with time and attendance management

Responsibilities
- Lite industrial recruiting
- Daily reports management
- Managing KPIs
- Weekly time clock and attendance management
- Payroll processing
- Daily walk-throughs
- Safety Observations
- Working with supervisors/managers to help troubleshoot and/or shift associates around to other departments
- Troubleshooting associate needs
- Attending meetings with management when necessary
