About The Position

Join Canada's national rugby union and help bring world-class partnerships to life. Rugby Canada is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Specialist, Partnership Marketing to join our Commercial team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Commercial Partnerships, you will play a hands-on role in the day-to-day execution and fulfillment of Rugby Canada's sponsorship portfolio, managing everything from partner activations and content calendars to event logistics and performance reporting. Requirements

  • Experience in partnership marketing, sponsorship, sports business, or a related field
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfort working with reporting platforms and data tools
  • Passion for sport
  • Willingness to travel and work event hours, including evenings and weekends

Nice To Haves

  • experience with ReloMetrics or similar platforms is an asset
  • knowledge of rugby is an asset but not required

Responsibilities

  • Support the management and fulfillment of partner agreements across Rugby Canada's sponsorship portfolio
  • Serve as a day-to-day operational contact for assigned accounts, managing partner communications and administrative follow-up under the direction of the Senior Manager
  • Work collaboratively with the Events, Merchandise, and Marcomms teams to ensure all partner assets are fulfilled on an ongoing basis
  • Own the execution of all partner marketing, social, and PR deliverables
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing and communications team to plan and execute integrated campaigns
  • Develop and manage a year-round partnership content calendar, aligning partner deliverables with key Rugby Canada events, announcements, and matches
  • Lead the briefing, development, and refinement of partner content for social and media channels
  • Ensure all partner assets — logos, tags, and messaging - are accurately represented across all channels
  • Oversee the delivery of partnership elements for all events and match days
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and suppliers on orders, timelines, deliveries, installations, and executional logistics
  • Lead the development of in-game partnership asset schedules, including LED run sheets, signage maps, and activation plans
  • Work with the events team to ensure all hospitality requirements are met at each venue, including suites, VIP areas, hosting spaces, and event rooms
  • Lead the relationship with the ticketing team to ensure all sponsor tickets and suites are held, accounted for, and delivered to the appropriate partner contacts
  • Support the development of partner reporting under the direction of the Senior Manager, drafting recaps, post-event summaries, and annual reports for the national partner portfolio
  • Leverage platforms such as ReloMetrics and PandoPartner to track assets, analyze performance, and build reports
  • Support the creation of sponsorship decks for both sales and reporting purposes
