About The Position

Fieldguide is seeking a Partnership Marketing Manager to build and lead their partner marketing program from the ground up. This role is responsible for defining the strategy, establishing the necessary infrastructure, creating content, and implementing systems to ensure the partner channel becomes a significant contributor to pipeline. The Partnership Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the partnerships team and leverage demand generation and field marketing resources, but will ultimately own the strategy, program design, and execution of the partner marketing function. This is a zero-to-one role within an early-stage, remote-first B2B SaaS company focused on enabling trust in global commerce and capital markets through automation in cybersecurity, privacy, and ESG.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner marketing or channel marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
  • Track record of building partner marketing programs from an early stage.
  • Ability to set strategy and execute against it, comfortable moving between defining the approach and making it happen.
  • Demonstrated experience producing co-branded content and enablement materials.
  • Strong writing skills adaptable to audiences including accounting firms, CPA networks, and consulting firms.
  • Comfortable in HubSpot or a similar marketing automation platform.
  • Experience with a project management tool like Asana.
  • Organized program manager capable of managing multiple partner workstreams in parallel.
  • Experience tracking and reporting on partner pipeline attribution in a CRM environment.
  • Ability to influence outcomes through others rather than owning all execution.
  • Previous exposure to ABM motions and coordinating across a focused target account universe.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience marketing to or through accounting, audit, or financial services audiences.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystem tools such as Crossbeam or a PRM platform.
  • Experience at a Series B or C SaaS company where GTM resources are lean and focused.

Responsibilities

  • Build the partner marketing strategy from zero, including defining investment levels by partner, program types by partner category, an MDF allocation framework, and a quarterly co-marketing calendar.
  • Provide strategic input on new partner negotiations, advising on marketing commitments and MDF amounts.
  • Prioritize the partner marketing portfolio based on data and pipeline impact, providing regular recommendations to leadership.
  • Own the end-to-end production of co-branded assets such as one-pagers, case studies, solution briefs, landing pages, and joint webinar content.
  • Write campaign briefs for partner-originated programs and coordinate execution with demand gen, field marketing, and ABM teams.
  • Serve as the marketing point of contact for partners, managing inbound requests, timelines, and deliverable quality.
  • Support planning and execution of Tier 3 events when field marketing capacity is limited.
  • Manage Fieldguide's content presence within partner-owned portals (e.g., BDO, Allinial Global), ensuring assets are current.
  • Establish Fieldguide's own partner portal as an onboarding and implementation hub.
  • Create and maintain enablement materials for partner sales representatives.
  • Coordinate with product marketing to ensure partner-facing content aligns with current positioning.
  • Own the external partner onboarding process, including orienting partners to the co-marketing process, establishing portal access, aligning on plans, and setting expectations.
  • Operationalize the internal marketing aspects of new partnerships, briefing demand generation teams, creating initial assets, and ensuring partners are reflected in Fieldguide systems.
  • Build and maintain an internal partner wiki for AEs, BDRs, and CSMs, including partner profiles and co-sell guidance.
  • Own partner-influenced and partner-sourced pipeline attribution in HubSpot.
  • Build and maintain a regular reporting cadence for leadership on deal flow, MDF utilization, and campaign performance.
  • Identify and flag gaps in partner activity or underperforming programs with data-driven insights.
