The company prioritizes the Headliner experience, hosting 10,000 events annually for seven million attendees globally. Insomniac's events have spanned 13 countries across five continents, with its flagship event, Electric Daisy Carnival Las Vegas, being the world's largest dance music festival. Founded in 1993 and based in Los Angeles, Insomniac is seeking a Partnership Marketing Coordinator to support brand partnership execution across its festivals and live events. This role involves coordinating sponsorship activations, managing partner deliverables, and ensuring seamless campaign execution through collaboration with internal teams and external brand partners. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has a passion for live events, brand marketing, and experiential activations.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in sponsorship, event marketing, brand partnerships, preferably in live events like music festivals.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines, and delivering results.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop creative sponsorship marketing activation ideas that align with clients' objectives and resonate with target audiences.
  • Practice extreme ownership and take accountability for actions.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Asana, Concur, and Airtable.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for brand collaborations, experiential marketing, and sponsorships.
  • Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Must possess work authorization for employment in the U.S. that does not require sponsorship by Insomniac for a visa.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, execution, and management of sponsorship and brand partnership programs.
  • Coordinate with clients, INS, and Live Nation Brand Management teams to ensure all sponsorship marketing assets are fulfilled throughout the campaign duration.
  • Coordinate sponsorship marketing deliverables, ensuring all contractual obligations are met, including website integrations, social planning, festival map placements, email marketing, digital billboards, copywriting, ad generation, and branded content.
  • Interface with clients and serve as a key point of contact to maintain strong relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders (marketing, production, creative, and sales) to execute sponsorship marketing plans.
  • Track, analyze, and report on sponsorship performance, providing insights, metrics, and key takeaways for optimization of future campaigns.
  • Assist with the creation of sponsorship proposals, recap reports, and presentation materials.
  • Manage sponsorship assets, including logos, signage, and promotional materials, ensuring proper brand representation.
  • Support on-site event activations, ensuring seamless execution of sponsorship elements.
  • Conduct industry research to identify new sponsorship opportunities and trends.
  • Provide administrative support with billbacks and budget management.
  • Travel to events to support content capture and client relations onsite.
  • Anticipate client needs, problem-solve in real-time, and perform impeccable customer service.
  • Be on-call during events.
  • Undertake other projects and initiatives as identified by the team.
