As a Partnership Lead, you are both a client leader and a team builder. You'll serve as a primary day-to-day client contact while mentoring and developing talent within the agency. You'll lead integrated marketing efforts across channels, ensure strategic alignment, and contribute to the health and growth of both your accounts and the broader agency.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of marketing, advertising, or agency experience, with demonstrated growth in responsibility and impact.
  • Strong integrated marketing experience across channels (digital, traditional, social, experiential).
  • Proven leadership and team management skills, including delegation, mentorship, and performance development.
  • Experience managing client relationships and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Strong strategic, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to contribute to big-picture thinking.
  • Excellent communication skills-confident in presenting and writing for both clients and internal teams.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to build relationships and motivate teams.
  • Bachelor's degree required

Nice To Haves

  • B2B and/or retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously elevate the quality of account leadership, strategic output, and execution to drive strong client and business outcomes.
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, providing thoughtful counsel and building strong, trusted relationships.
  • Evaluate creative, media, and strategic recommendations to ensure alignment with approved strategy and client objectives.
  • Lead the development and execution of integrated, cross-channel campaigns (digital, traditional, social, experiential).
  • Maintain a strong understanding of the client's business, category, and competitive landscape.
  • Ensure work is delivered with accuracy, quality, and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Proactively deepen understanding of client business, industry trends, and the evolving marketing landscape to strengthen strategic thinking.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging channels, and cultural shifts to bring fresh thinking to clients.
  • Ask thoughtful questions that uncover deeper insights and opportunities for impact.
  • Continuously build knowledge across media, creative, and strategy disciplines.
  • Seek opportunities to improve workflows, processes, and team effectiveness.
  • Bring a proactive mindset to identifying new ways to add value to client relationships.
  • Partner with Creative, Strategy, and Media teams to develop impactful, insight-driven ideas.
  • Ensure ideas are executed in ways that are both strategically sound and creatively compelling.
  • Help guide teams toward smart, solutions-oriented thinking when challenges arise.
  • Support the development of ideas that extend across channels and customer touchpoints.
  • Champion work that aligns with A&G's standard of making brands Unignorable.
  • Be an A&G ambassador by fostering collaboration, mentorship, and a strong, supportive team environment.
  • Mentor and develop junior team members through coaching, feedback, and performance reviews.
  • Set clear growth goals and create opportunities for learning and advancement.
  • Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and open communication.
  • Contribute to internal initiatives and agency culture-building efforts.
  • Lead with empathy, positivity, and a commitment to team wellbeing.
