About The Position

As a Partnership Lead on the Specialty team, you will hold a pivotal field-based position responsible for driving the appropriate use of Biogen’s brands and services across Neuropsychiatry and Neurology within Quebec. You will be the primary contact for Neuropsychiatry and Neurology points of care, collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Patient Services, and Market Access teams. Your core responsibilities include assessing account needs, developing action plans, and delivering coordinated customer engagement to enhance the patient journey and customer experience. Additionally, you will support revenue growth, contribute to marketing initiatives, and execute promotional activities. This role reports directly to the Head of Sales and is integral to Biogen's mission to innovate and improve patient care. This job posting is for an existing vacancy in the organization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • At least 5 years of successful field sales achievements in a competitive sub-specialty/biotech market.
  • Experience in launching products at the field level.
  • Result-driven with a proven track record of exceeding annual brand and franchise performance objectives.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Customer-centric mindset, consultative approach, and problem-solving skills.
  • Superior territory management acumen and advanced account planning competencies.
  • Ability to work across multiple digital platforms; fluency in French, bilingualism is an asset.
  • Willingness to travel 40% to 50% of the time; valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

  • Increase the capture of patients appropriate for Biogen therapies and accelerate the adoption of future brands.
  • Promote and differentiate Biogen's suite of offerings, including therapeutic portfolios, programs, services, and technologies.
  • Define critical success factors for the territory, develop and execute territory plans, and mobilize resources by collaborating with head-office and cross-functional partners.
  • Lead the identification of educational needs in key accounts and support the implementation of value-add initiatives to enhance disease management.
  • Analyze, track, and report account performance, manage budget allocations, and perform administrative duties timely.
  • Maintain best-in-class knowledge of disease states, products, and clinical practices, seeking external learning opportunities and engaging in training.
  • Conduct business in compliance with relevant regulations, company policies, and procedures.
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
