We are looking for a motivated, curious, and results-oriented Partnership Development Representative to join our Revenue team. The ideal candidate is energized by prospecting, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities. You are comfortable leveraging technology, communicate confidently with K-12 education leaders, and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on helping school districts improve student outcomes. The Partnership Development Representative (PDR) is responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities for BookNook's Regional Partnerships Directors. This role focuses on strategic outbound prospecting, inbound lead follow-up, account research, and early-stage relationship development with K–12 district leaders. Success is measured by creating a qualified pipeline, scheduling high-quality discovery meetings, and supporting Regional Partnerships Directors in achieving territory growth.
