This role involves prospecting, relationship-building, data analysis, and strategic planning to grow new business opportunities. The Partnership Development Manager will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, advancing partnership opportunities, managing a strategic prospect pipeline, and closing new corporate and philanthropic partnerships. The role offers the chance to shape prospecting programs, develop tailored proposals, represent GlobalGiving in the market, and collaborate across teams to launch high-impact giving opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess a growth mindset, strong customer cultivation skills, CRM and data fluency, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to GlobalGiving’s mission, REDI values, and community-led principles.
