About The Position

Northeastern University's Education Innovation team is seeking a Partnership Development Coordinator to collaborate with Experiential Partnership Managers. This role involves creating, retaining, and managing industry relationships, as well as scoping various project-based experiential learning formats for Northeastern University students. This is a temporary position expected to last from September 2026 to June 2027.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
3-4 years of professional work experience in employer/company relationships, managing, recruiting, or equivalent.
Knowledge of Microsoft Suite (including Teams).
Knowledge of Salesforce.
Knowledge of database programs and data management and analysis.
Excellent skills in relationship building.

Excellent skills in public relations.
Excellent skills in data base management.

Responsibilities

Establish, develop, nurture, and sustain/retain relationships with companies and organizations that sponsor project-based experiential opportunities across the university.
Develop and implement strategies for recruiting and retaining industry partners (sponsors).
Identify and strategize company recruiting priorities based on the evolving needs of academic programs and students.
Identify and prioritize strategic activities around company engagement to increase the number and variety of experiential project opportunities for undergraduate, graduate, and professional studies students.
Document, triage, and evolve database management systems (Salesforce, etc.) and processes to optimize relationship management for university partners.
Contribute to evolving program operations.
