About The Position

Altro powers the next generation of wellness businesses with clinical infrastructure built for growth. We're building a platform that enables wellness businesses to offer clinical services they currently can't provide on their own, including blood testing, prescriptions, and peptides, supervised by a clinical team. The team behind Altro has done this before: Harvard Business School MBAs and a second-time founder, alongside operators and executives who've taken startups through exits as founding-team members. We're backed by top venture capital firms. The tailwinds are massive: Peptides going mainstream, GLP-1s unlocking the category, the longevity movement in full swing, and AI unlocking what wasn't possible a year ago. We're still early. Which means every hire matters. Join at the ground floor, work directly with the founders, and be part of something rare: a company at the intersection of a massive market shift and the moment when AI is reshaping what small teams can build.

Requirements

  • 4+ years in account management, customer service, concierge, or similar support role
  • Quick learner and tech savvy. You pick up new platforms fast, get comfortable with new tools quickly, and figure things out without a manual
  • Relationship-driven. You build trust across diverse practitioner types, from solo coaches to multi-location clinic owners
  • Clear communicator. You translate clinical and platform concepts into language non-clinical audiences understand
  • Highly organized. You manage a portfolio of partners with consistent follow-up, clean documentation, and no dropped balls
  • Health tech curious. You treat sensitive information with discretion and are comfortable in a healthcare-adjacent environment
  • Startup-minded. You're comfortable with ambiguity, bring ideas to the table, and don't wait to be told what to do

Responsibilities

  • Partner onboarding. Lead new partners through platform training, initial setup, and first successful use. Set them up to succeed independently.
  • Day-to-day partner support. Serve as the primary point of contact for partner questions, platform issues, and general support. Respond promptly, resolve thoroughly, escalate when needed.
  • Engagement monitoring. Watch partner activity and proactively reach out to at-risk or inactive partners. Bring them back before they churn.
  • Escalation and coordination. Log all interactions in Intercom. Escalate clinical or compliance questions to the right internal team. Keep partner-facing communication clear and accurate.
  • Retention contribution. Contribute to partner-facing resources — FAQs, playbooks, onboarding materials — and to broader retention initiatives as they develop.
