About The Position

The Partner Success Manager (PSM) plays a key role in ensuring a seamless experience for partner organizations after new business is secured. Working in close partnership with the Regional Account Manager (RAM)—who maintains strategic relationship ownership—the PSM drives the day-to-day coordination, communication, and execution that bring each partnership to life. The PSM supports the RAM throughout onboarding and then takes point once the relationship becomes operational, ensuring consistent engagement, timely delivery, and measurable outcomes. Acting as the operational backbone of the account, the PSM manages implementation, maintenance, renewals, and overall satisfaction—allowing the RAM to focus on strategic growth and new business development. This role is both relationship-driven and execution-focused, requiring strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a commitment to driving retention and partner success across multiple accounts. The PSM will report directly to the Solutions Director and work collaboratively to ensure the business’s operational framework is both sustainable and efficient for scalable growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Partner success, account coordination, or project management, ideally in healthcare, education, or B2B services.
  • Demonstrated success managing multiple accounts or projects simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot), project management tools (Monday.com), and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track and analyze partner performance metrics.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Regional Account Manager during partner onboarding by managing logistics, documentation, and internal coordination.
  • Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for assigned partners once live.
  • Ensure partner commitments, milestones, and deliverables are met accurately and on time.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Education, Operations, Marketing, and Finance) to ensure seamless partnership execution.
  • Maintain transparent, consistent communication with the RAM and Director regarding key developments, challenges, and partner feedback.
  • Perform miscellaneous administrative, operational, and ad hoc tasks as needed to support team objectives and ensure smooth business operations.
  • Oversee partnership implementation schedules, meeting coordination, and follow-up tasks.
  • Maintain detailed records in CRM systems and project management tools to ensure data accuracy and accountability.
  • Track and report on partnership health metrics, engagement levels, and fulfillment of service agreements.
  • Prepare and distribute partner reports and internal summaries for performance monitoring.
  • Manage administrative and documentation needs for renewals, billing coordination, and compliance.
  • Monitor account performance to identify and surface potential renewal and upsell opportunities.
  • Support the RAM in renewal strategy, data collection, and preparation of supporting materials.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance partner experience and operational efficiency.
  • Recommend process improvements based on partner insights and operational outcomes.
