About The Position

We are actively seeking passionate, purposeful, and highly motivated Partner Success Manager to drive our organization's revenue growth through maintaining an active relationship with our referral partners. This individual will be resource for our referral partners and will be driving activity and sales growth through daily conversations, and trainings. Requirements

  • 2 Years of Relationship Management experience is REQUIRED.
  • 2 Years in of Payments background is REQUIRED.
  • Ability to creatively solve and overcome objections.
  • Advanced interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills relevant to business interactions.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with all new broker/agent virtual calls and presentations.
  • Assist with signing up new agents.
  • Assist in clearing underwriting holds as needed.
  • Drive production of agent and broker channels through strategic planning and partner collaboration.
  • Provide account support and liaison between agents/brokers and Paynada support team.
  • Provide knowledge to brokers/agents on all Paynada products and services.
  • Assist with residual reporting as needed.
  • Partner with Human Resources to ensure that agreements are sent out and received completely. Act as a liaison with broker and HR for these matters.
  • Train new brokers and agents on Paynada products, services, paperwork, and CRM system.
  • Assist inside sales reps with sales and product research
  • Maintain CRM and other systems on all leads, broker assignments, rep assignments and hierarchies.
  • Act as a liaison between marketing and the brokers/agents to co-brand materials.
