Partner Success Manager, Embedded Payroll

Gusto, Inc.
6h$129,000 - $197,000Hybrid

About The Position

At Gusto, we're on a mission to grow the small business economy. We handle the hard stuff—like payroll, health insurance, 401(k)s, and HR—so owners can focus on their craft and customers. With teams in Denver, San Francisco, and New York, we’re proud to support more than 400,000 small businesses across the country, and we’re building a workplace that represents and celebrates the customers we serve. Learn more about our Total Rewards philosophy. You will be responsible for hands on work with our Gusto Embedded Payroll partners: driving go to market with an embedded payroll product, measuring our joint success with platform partners, and making and implementing recommendations for go-forward programs. Over time, you’ll iterate and build those programs for scale as we grow. You’ll be directly empowered by our head of partner management. Gusto’s Business Development team focuses on evaluating and executing strategic partnerships in new categories. To date, Gusto’s platform has been integrated with and through partners in limited ways. Gusto Embedded Payroll allows us to bring our people platform to thousands more businesses than those we serve directly and will play a key role in Gusto’s growth.
