As Partner Success Enablement Manager, you’ll design and deliver learning experiences that directly influence partner growth, adoption, and retention. Requirements

  • Proven experience in enablement, partner success, customer success or a related field
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver structured learning and training programmes
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences
  • Understanding of partner or customer lifecycle concepts such as adoption and retention
  • Familiarity with enablement technologies such as LMS, CRM or content platforms
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment
  • Data-aware mindset with the ability to support programme measurement and improvement
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable operating in evolving and ambiguous environments
  • Must hold valid right to work in United States

Responsibilities

  • Deliver impactful enablement programmes that support onboarding, continuous learning and partner lifecycle success
  • Design engaging content including playbooks, learning paths, certifications and job aids
  • Facilitate dynamic learning experiences through virtual sessions and scalable learning formats
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify performance needs and translate them into meaningful training solutions
  • Support measurement of programme success by tracking engagement, adoption and performance outcomes
  • Contribute to enablement initiatives tied to product launches and go-to-market strategies
  • Align messaging and tools across teams to ensure consistent and effective delivery
  • Continuously evolve programmes based on feedback, insights and emerging priorities
