This Partner Sales Manager role is an early-stage, high-ownership position focused on driving revenue through Prophecy's partner ecosystem and building an effective partner program. The individual will have significant influence over partner engagement strategies, partner-sourced pipeline, and co-sell relationships with Snowflake, Databricks, and GCP field and partner teams. This role sits at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and strategy, owning partner performance while building scalable programs and processes. The manager will work directly with Account Executives (AEs) and Sales Engineers (SEs) to integrate partners into deals and serve as the primary contact for strategic cloud and ecosystem partners.
