About The Position

Hyland is looking for a Partner Sales Manager to drive co-sell execution and pipeline growth within our Financial Services and Public Sector business. This is a highly visible, sales-focused role that serves as the connective tissue between Hyland's field sales organization, strategic partners, and customers — accelerating pipeline creation, opportunity progression, and revenue growth. If you thrive in a build-oriented environment, enjoy influencing across matrixed organizations, and are energized by creating new opportunities and repeatable co-sell motions, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, partner sales, channel sales, strategic alliances, or partner ecosystem roles.
  • Proven experience working directly with sales teams to drive pipeline creation, opportunity progression, and revenue outcomes.
  • Demonstrated success engaging with technology partners, systems integrators, cloud providers, or strategic alliance organizations.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, complex buying processes, and co-sell motions.
  • Experience working within Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Public Sector, or related industries.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with strategic technology ecosystems such as Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce, SAP, or ServiceNow.
  • Background carrying a sales quota, managing a territory, or directly supporting revenue responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with partner sales frameworks, ecosystem selling, and marketplace-driven go-to-market models.
  • Understanding of emerging AI technologies and their impact on enterprise software and business transformation.
  • Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders across sales, partner, product, and go-to-market teams.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive partner-influenced pipeline within Financial Services and Public Sector accounts.
  • Partner with Hyland sales teams and strategic ecosystem partners to identify, qualify, advance, and close opportunities.
  • Lead account mapping, territory planning, and joint pipeline reviews to uncover incremental growth opportunities.
  • Develop trusted relationships with partner sales leaders, account teams, and key internal stakeholders.
  • Deliver partner enablement, sales plays, solution positioning, and opportunity qualification support.
  • Help build and scale repeatable co-sell motions within a growing partner ecosystem.
