About The Position

Fever is seeking a Partner Project Manager to oversee the entire life cycle of major events, from the signing of commercial contracts by the sales and legal teams to the final closing of the events. This role involves being the primary point of contact for all stakeholders, including event organizers and internal teams. While having overall ownership, the Partner Project Manager will work collaboratively, ensuring tasks are completed on time by managing other departments. Responsibilities include communicating product and process needs to HQ, working with product/engineering teams to consolidate and prioritize requirements, creating and maintaining Q&A documentation for user support, and ensuring all necessary project documentation is in place. On-site presence may be required during event launches or other critical dates.

  • 2+ years in a project management role or consulting background.
  • Fluent English.
  • Huge appetite for learning and ability to pick up new skills quickly.
  • Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills.
  • Solution-focused, identifying problem areas and creating plans for resolution.
  • Strong communication skills and a proven track record of building positive working relationships.
  • Highly organized and efficient.
  • Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts.
  • Able to communicate with events partners, brands, agencies, and talent.
  • Ability to think strategically when faced with an events partnership brief or proprietary data.
  • Able to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams.
  • Collaborative and willing to get hands dirty and work on all required events tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Event experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus.
  • Strong academic background is a plus.

Responsibilities
