About The Position
FISPAN Services Inc. (FISPAN) is an Enterprise SaaS FinTech company that allows banks to deploy embedded financial products and services to create a seamless banking connection for their corporate clients. Our product aims to provide instant scale and reach for banks who want to remove friction and add value by enabling their commercial banking clients to access banking services through their preferred ERP / accounting platform. Requirements
- 5+ years in enterprise SaaS account management or commercial banking / payments.
- Consistently demonstrating IC3-level initiative and strategic thinking.
- Solid understanding of commercial treasury management, payment workflows, and financial tech stacks.
Responsibilities
- Autonomously manage full commercial responsibility (upsell, cross-sell, renewal) for assigned portfolios.
- Drive business client onboarding and usage post-land.
- Identify adoption triggers, construct data-driven business cases, and execute without waiting for top-down direction.
- Master operational details while co-developing and executing Strategic Account Plans and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Coordinate internal teams (Solutions, Partner Success, Product, Legal) to solve bank challenges efficiently.
