We are seeking a motivated and experienced Partner Program Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the creation, maintenance, and innovation of our partner programs. You will be instrumental in building and enhancing our partner portal, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional partner experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fostering strong relationships and a proven track record of driving program success in the fast-paced identity security industry. Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in partner program management, preferably in the cybersecurity or identity security space.
  • Proven experience in creating, maintaining, and innovating partner programs.
  • Demonstrated experience in building and enhancing partner portals, with a strong focus on user experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans for partner success.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and manage a world-class partner program from the ground up, with a focus on continuous innovation and improvement.
  • Lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our partner portal to ensure a seamless and engaging partner experience.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partner programs and initiatives, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver training and enablement resources to empower our partners to succeed.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our partner programs.
